Table top ceramic restauration- case report Branislava Petronijević1, Aleksandra Maletin1, Ivan Šarčev1 1Univerzitet u Novom Sadu, Medicinski fakultet, Hajduk Veljkova 3, Novi Sad, branislava.petronijevic@mf.uns.ac.rs aleksandra.maletin@mf.uns.ac.rs ivan.sarcev@mf.uns.ac.rs Abstract: The use of minimal invasive treatment represents trend in modern dentistry. Minimal invasive restaurations include: inlays, onlays, overlays, table tops, and veneers. These restorations are highly esthetic, conservative due to the fact that they aid in the protection of healthy tooth structure as well as being long lasting. Reconstruction of lost tooth tissue due to wearing away of tooth structure (erosion, attrition, abrasion) in the posterior region can be done by different procedures as well as different materials. Due to increased esthetic demands by patients, it is likely that most indirect restorations are currently made from ceramic materials. Table top restaurations are minimally invasive restorations which combine high esthetic approach, mechanical demands and longevity. This clinical report describes the use of modern CAD/CAM technology combined with an optical impression technique to treat destroyed occlusal part of first molar with ceramic table top restauration in a single appointment. Table top keramičke restauracije su minimalno invazivne nadoknade koje kombinuju odlična estetska I mehanička svojstva I imaju relativno dug vek trajanja. U radu će biti prikazan savremen način izrade keramičkih table top nadoknada kod restauracije okluzalne površine premolara primenom savremenih CAD/CAM tehnologijom izrade I savremenih keramičkih sistema Ključne reči: minimalno invazivne restauracije, table top restauracije, keramika, CAD/CAM tehnologija
